Mehr als ein Gebäude oder eine Architektur, ist das Landhaus ein Stück städtebauliche Struktur. Seine Form wird von den ringsum liegenden Stadträumen, welche es mitgestaltet, bestimmt: der halbrunde Bahnhofsplatz, der rechteckige Magnago Platz und die radiale Laurin Strasse. In seinem Innenraum wird diese architektonisch/städtebauliche Anlage von drei radialen Strassen durchquert und hat zwei Hof/Plätze.

More than a building or architecture, the Landhaus is a piece of urban structure. Its form is determined by the surrounding urban spaces that it helps to shape: the semicircular Bahnhofsplatz, the rectangular Magnago Platz and the radial Laurin Strasse. Inside, this architectural/urban structure is crossed by three radial streets and has two courtyards/plazas.

Più che un edificio o un'architettura, il Landhaus è un pezzo di struttura urbana. La sua forma è determinata dagli spazi urbani circostanti che contribuisce a formare: la piazza semicircolare della Stazione, la piazza rettangolare Magnago e la strada radiale Laurino. Al suo interno, questa struttura architettonica/urbana è attraversata da tre strade radiali e ha due cortili/piazze.
