COSTERMANO 1992 - 2005

Mit neuen Geländemauern wurde die Landschaft strukturiert und vier Wege führen von unten zu einem kleinen Platz hinauf. An der höchsten Stelle ist ein gemeinsames Schwimmbad. Längs den Wegen erhöhen sich die Geländemauern und und an deren Südseite lehnen sich die „limonaie“ des Gardasees. Die Typologie wird bearbeitet hat aber eine Verwandschaft mit jenen an der selben Geländemauer in den anderen drei Wegen. Anschliessend der Garten und die Geländemauern senken sich wieder.

Il paesaggio è stato strutturato con nuovi muri di terreno e quattro sentieri salgono dal basso verso una piccola piazza. Nel punto più alto c'è una piscina comune. Lungo i sentieri i muri del terreno si alzano e sul loro lato sud si appoggiano le "limonaie" del lago di Garda. La tipologia è modificata ma ha una relazione con quelle sullo stesso muro di terreno nelle altre tre stradine. Successivamente il giardino e i muri del terreno si abbassano di nuovo.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ON LAKE GARDA

The landscape was structured with new terrain walls and four paths lead up from the bottom to a small square. At the highest point is a communal swimming pool. Along the paths, the terrain walls rise and the "limonaie" of Lake Garda lean against their southern side. The typology is modified but has a relationship with those on the same wall in the other three paths. Then the garden and the terrain walls are lowered again.
