Ein grösseres Areal mit „ländlichem“ Volkswohnbau - Häuschen aus den Dreissigerjahren, in der damaligen Periferie von Bozen,die „Semirurali – Zone“, wurde mit einer grösseren Dichte neu geplant.Sie wurde zur Stadt verdichtet.Die Stadt ist nicht eine Addition von einzelnen Häusern. In unserem Wettbewerbsprojekt wurden die öffentlichen Stadträume, die Plätze geplant, die Gebäude in den Zwischenräumen formen den Stadtraum.

A large area with "rural" public housing - houses from the thirties, in the then periferie of Bolzano,the "Semirurali - Zone", was re-planned with a higher density. It was condensed to a city.

The city is not an addition of individual houses. In our competition project, the public urban spaces, the squares were planned, the buildings in the spaces in between form the urban space.

Una grande area con abitazioni "semirurali" - casette degli anni Trenta, nella allora periferia di Bolzano,la "Zona Semirurali ", è stata riproggettata con una densità maggiore, è stata condensata per diventare città.

La città non è un'addizione di case singole. Nel nostro progetto di concorso sono stati progettati gli spazi pubblici urbani, le piazze, gli edifici negli spazi intermedi formano lo spazio urbano.
