Dieser Neubau musste sich an die Silhouette eines vorher bestehenden Hauses halten wurde aber in das Gelände hineingebaut und erweitert. Das Dach wird somit zu einer Geländeterrasse zum Dachgarten über Bozen mit bergseitig, über die gesamte Grundstücksbreite, längs der Stützmauer ein Schwimmbad. Ein Glaslift fährt vom Dachgarten durch das gesamte Haus und lässt die Sonnenstrahlen hinein.

Questo nuovo edificio doveva seguire la silhouette di una casa preesistente, ma è stato costruito nel terreno ed esteso. Il tetto diventa così un giardino pensile terrazzato sopra Bolzano con una piscina sul lato a monte, per tutta la larghezza del lotto, lungo il muro di contenimento. Un ascensore di vetro corre dal giardino pensile attraverso tutta la casa e lascia entrare i raggi del sole.

This new building had to follow the silhouette of a previously existing house, but was built into the terrain and extended. The roof thus becomes a terraced roof garden above Bolzano with a swimming pool on the uphill side, across the entire width of the plot, along the retaining wall. A glass lift runs from the roof garden through the entire house and lets the sun's rays in.
