Wettbewerb für eine Agip-Tankstelle für die Autobahn 1968

Eine Autobahn Tankstelle ist nicht eine Tankstelle neben der Autobahn.

Diese Tankstelle ist ein teil der Autobahn. Über der Autobahn hängen die vier durchsichtigen Kugeln mit den vier verschiedenen Benzins und mit dem Auto fährt man über aufgehängten Brücken über die Autobahn und tankt unter den Kugeln. Diese Tankstelle benötigt keine Pumpen und keine Hinweisschilder. Nachts leuchten die farbigen Kugeln und bei Tag sind sie auch von weitem sichtbar.

A motorway petrol station is not a petrol station next to the motorway.

This petrol station is part of the motorway. The four transparent spheres with the four different petrols hang above the motorway and you drive your car over suspended bridges over the motorway and fill up under the spheres. This petrol station needs no pumps and no signs. At night the coloured spheres glow and during the day they are visible from far away.

Questa stazione di servizio fa parte dell'autostrada. Sopra l'autostrada sono sospese le quattro sfere trasparenti con le quattro diverse benzine e si guida la macchina su ponti sospesi sopra l'autostrada si fá il pieno sotto le sfere. Questa stazione di servizio non ha bisogno di pompe e di cartelli. Di notte le sfere colorate sono illuminate e anche di giorno sono visibili da lontano.
