WOHNHAUS AN DER TALFER

BOZEN, 1986

Die ursprüngliche Idee für dieses Haus war die gothische Typologie des Bozner Laubenhauses wieder zu verwenden um somit möglichst vielen Wohnungen die Sicht auf den Rosengarten und auf der anderen Seite zur Talfer zu ermöglichen. In einem zweiten Moment wurde das Projekt verdoppelt und der Innenhof musste eine der Sichten ersetzen.

L'idea originale di questa casa era di riutilizzare la tipologia gotica die Portici di Bolzano per permettere al maggior numero possibile di appartamenti di avere una vista sul Catinaccio e, dall'altra parte, sul Talfera. In un secondo momento il progetto è stato raddoppiato e il cortile interno ha dovuto sostituire una delle viste.

The original idea for this house was to reuse the gothic typology of the Bolzano historical „Laubenhaus“ in order to give as many flats as possible a view of the Dolomites and, on the other side, of the Talfer. In a second moment, the project was doubled and the inner courtyard had to replace one of the views.
