WETTBEWERB FÜR EINE KLETTERSCHULE IN BRUNECK 2010

Bei diesem Wettbewerb interessierte es uns nicht so sehr eine Betonhalle mit Plastikgriffen zu planen.

Wir suchten die Ur-Formen der Felsen, der Dolomiten, ihre Geometrien und versuchten diese in Beton wiederzubauen. Heute sind die Dolomiten eindrucksvolle, wunderschöne Ruinen, wir suchten die Form vor ihren Verfall.

COMPETITION FOR A CLIMBING SCHOOL IN BRUNECK 2010

In this competition we were not so much interested in planning a concrete hall with plastic holds.

We were looking for the original shapes of the rocks, the Dolomites, their geometries and tried to recreate them in concrete. Today the Dolomites are impressive, beautiful ruins, we were looking for the form before their decay.

In questo concorso non eravamo tanto interessati a progettare una sala di cemento con prese di plastica.

Cercavamo le forme originali delle rocce, le Dolomiti, le loro geometrie e cercavamo di ricrearle nel cemento. Oggi le Dolomiti sono impressionanti, belle rovine, cercavamo la forma prima della loro decadenza.
